By creating an account or using Intelligence (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
The service
Intelligence is an AI assistant that answers questions about documents you provide and information from the web. It is currently offered free of charge and is under active development, so features may change, and it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- upload content you don't have the right to use;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
- generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
AI output — important
Answers are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. Always verify important information before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the output.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process and store that content in order to provide the Service to you (see our Privacy Policy).
Availability & changes
We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Email [email protected].
